As a part of our ongoing efforts to protect system integrity and water quality, customers are encouraged to immediately report any of the following conditions:
- Discolored or cloudy water
- Low or fluctuating water pressure
- Standing or pooling water in public rights-of-way, meters, or around flush valves or fire hydrants.
- Unusual water movement or suspected leaks
- Sudden change in taste or odor.
Prompt Customer reporting assists the district in identifying:
- Distribution line leaks or breaks
- Pressure loss events
- Flushing- related disturbances
- Potential service disruptions
- Water Quality concerns
